Ashley called me on the way home from meeting these two to tell me that she’d cry if they didn’t book us. SO glad they did! Partly because I hate it when Ashley cries and partly because now, after meeting them, I see what all the fuss was about : chemistry, warmth, and fellow film...

L is for Laughing Lilly
This is my sweet Lilly from the road trip we took to Eastern Washington. We had fun, can you tell?
Happy Memorial day weekend!
Carnival
Sometimes we keep our clients. Sarah booked us even before she had an engagement ring and we’ve been smitten with her ever since. She had her lovely curly haired girl two months before I had Eva and now it’s official – we’re stalking them for life.

Studio Glimpse
A few new wax covered pieces. Many many thanks to Jon and Heather Gilson for the lessons – the team heat treat is where it’s at! We fly through these when we work together. Paper sculpture courtesy of Ashley, she’s always got some crafty paper ideas up her very long sleeves.
Christy & Paul
Last Friday I had so much fun at Gasworks park and Fremont taking Christy and Paul’s engagement photos. I instantly fell in love with them when they were willing to freeze their buns off for beautiful pictures.
Thank you for the fun afternoon and I can’t wait to get you the disk with all the pics!...
Siblings

J is for Jump!
I recently photographed the Mejia siblings at the sculpture park. To say we had fun would be an understatement. I will post more pictures in a few days.
Check out the blackberry jumping out of Ben’s pocket. Don’t worry, it survived!
I like this one, cause they all look like they are flying away. : )
